Deposit Disputes - if there is a dispute with your claim at the end of the

contract, we will liaise with the contract holder(s) and submit supporting evidence to the relevant deposit service.

Statutory Declaration Claims -   If a tenant does not respond to a claim against their deposit, we may need to arrange a statutory declaration, which needs to be witnessed by a solicitor.
