Paul Griffiths
Director
Born in Wales I went to live in Africa as a young baby and only returned in 1999. Starting off in Lettings both in Zimbabwe and South Wales I moved into mortgages in 2004 and went on to start My Mortgage Advice Centre in 2012. I continue to be involved in lettings, being a Landlord and Director of My Lettings Limited, and I offer a huge experience in all sectors of the mortgage market and am always keen to speak to anyone about all things Property!! When not in work I can be found either in the Gym or working on Properties. My love for Rugby and animals take up any downtime I have.
Sara Lloyd
Lettings Manager
I have worked in the property sector since 2003, and in 2019 joined My Lettings as lettings manager. Having worked as a landlord for 20 years it was time for a new challenge, and helping other landlords achieve their goals came as second nature. My knowledge of the market and my ability to communicate effectively, ensures that all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and that customer service is always of the highest standard. Outside of the office I love getting away for short breaks, Latin dancing and I have a real passion for horses.
Gaynor Lugg
Administrator
I have always worked in the finance sector and in 2016 joined My Lettings. Having worked in larger organisations this was to be a new challenge with a much more hands on approach. Having the responsibility for administration of the back office systems and supporting Sara & Paul means no two days are the same. When I’m not in work I’m very much a home body but do love getting away with my family for trips or holidays both locally and abroad.
