● Changes to notice periods for no fault evictions

 

● AST’s changing to Occupation Contracts, new and existing tenancies

 

● Changes in regulations surrounding electrical safety certificates (EICR) & carbon monoxide alarms

 

● New fit for human habitation laws (FFHH)
